This Influencer Partnership Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which individuals or entities may collaborate with BEOKEO (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) in connection with promotional activities for our products, including but not limited to Self-Cleaning Litter Box, S20 Gray;Self-Cleaning Litter Box, S20 White (collectively, the “Products”). By participating in our influencer program, you agree to comply with the terms set forth below.
Program Overview
We welcome creators, industry professionals, home improvement reviewers, lifestyle influencers, and other qualified individuals who align with our brand values and audience. Our program may include product seeding (free product in exchange for content) and, in limited cases, optional referral-based collaborations, subject to our approval.
Nothing in this Policy shall be construed as creating an employment, agency, joint venture, or ongoing compensation relationship between the Partner and the Company. In exchange, Partners are expected to provide honest, high-quality content and promote the Products on their social media platforms or other agreed channels.
Submission and Application Process
Your submission should include: 1. Full name and contact information; 2. Social media handles and platform links; 3. Audience demographics; 4. Previous collaboration examples (if available); 5. A brief introduction explaining why you would like to collaborate. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection into the program. Our team reviews all applications and will contact you via email if there is a potential fit. Please do not send multiple inquiries.
Selection Criteria
We evaluate applicants based on various factors, including but not limited to: 1. Content quality and originality; 2. Audience relevance to our product category; 3. Engagement rate and authenticity of followers; 4. Brand alignment and professional presentation. We may request additional information before making a final decision.
Product Sponsorship Terms
If selected, the Partner will receive one unit of the agreed Product free of charge for review and promotional purposes. The Product is provided for evaluation and content creation. It is not considered a resale item and may not be resold, transferred, or auctioned. We make no guarantees regarding audience engagement, sales performance, commission earnings, or business outcomes resulting from participation in the program. Affiliate commissions, where applicable, depend solely on verified sales generated through approved referral links.
Content Requirements
No Obligation to Pre-Approve Content
We do not guarantee prior review or approval of content unless otherwise agreed in writing. However, we reserve the right to request reasonable edits or removal of content that contains inaccurate information, misleading claims, or statements that could expose the Company to legal risk.
Compliance and Disclosure
To comply with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Competition Bureau Canada guidelines, you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with us in every post. This means the disclosure should be easy to see and read, not hidden in a sea of hashtags. All sponsored content must clearly disclose the Partnership (e.g., “Sponsored,” “Gifted,” “In Partnership with,” or similar transparent language).
Prohibited Conduct
Partners may not: 1. Make false, misleading, or unverified claims regarding the Products; 2. Provide medical, health, or regulatory claims not supported by official product documentation; 3. Bid on our branded keywords in paid advertising without written authorization; 4. Engage in spam, fake traffic generation, coupon abuse, or artificial sales tactics; 5. Represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of the Company. Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of the Partnership and forfeiture of any pending benefits.
Content Usage Rights
Partners retain ownership of the original content they create. However, by participating in the program, the Partner grants BEOKEO a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, repost, modify for formatting purposes, distribute, and display the content for marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes across all media channels. We may use the content with or without attribution, although we will make reasonable efforts to credit the creator when feasible.
Lifetime Parts Replacement
We reserve the right to limit excessive or unreasonable replacement requests and may discontinue this benefit if the Partner is no longer actively collaborating with the Company.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any Partnership at any time for reasons including but not limited to: 1. Failure to deliver agreed content; 2. Misrepresentation of the product. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited if the Partner is found to have violated this Policy. The Company may also terminate participation immediately if the Partner engages in conduct that harms or may reasonably harm the Company’s reputation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEOKEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the program, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of followers, or reputational impact. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fair market value of the product provided to the Partner.
